Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records. Respond to medical records requests in a timely and professional manner. Follow all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vitals. Understand and practice proper infection control procedures. Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.

Medical Records experience in a long-term care setting (preferred), ART certification (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. A service-minded approach with a desire to keep learning. A positive, can-do attitude with dependable attendance.
