- Monitor and operate Gold Fax to ensure office notes are faxed to referring physicians and/or PCPs.
- Monitor and import Direct Emails into the correct chart daily.
- Assist with labeling, filing, and flowing incoming hospital documents accurately.
- Assist with single sheet scanning.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as copying and faxing.
- Answer phone calls regarding record requests and clinical requests.
- Monitor and ensure thank you letters to patients are printed and mailed daily.
- Assist with all other tasks as assigned.
