As a Patient Care Coordinator, you are the first impression and final connection point in the patient experience. Responsibilities include greeting, scheduling, education, follow-up, managing calls and emails, guiding patients through treatment recommendations and rebooking, processing payments, maintaining documentation, supporting providers with documentation and treatment room preparation, educating on retail products and skincare, maintaining confidentiality and compliance, and contributing to practice performance goals.
Ideal candidates have experience in customer-facing or administrative roles, preferably in hospitality, aesthetic, medical, or wellness settings. Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, reliability, confidentiality, and a proactive team mindset are essential. A passion for helping people and alignment with core values is important.

The role compensates $21.00-$26.00 per hour base salary with an annual bonus opportunity of $14,400 tied to service, teamwork, and patient experience goals. Travel is not required.
Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 15 pounds, prolonged sitting and standing.
