Medical Records Central Supply Clerk

Kadima Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Records & Central Supply Clerk to support clinical and operational teams. This dual-role position maintains accurate resident medical records while managing inventory and distribution of medical and facility supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize resident medical records according to state, federal, and facility guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of records, both electronic and paper.
  • Assist with audits, record requests, and compliance reviews.
  • Protect confidentiality compliant with HIPAA regulations.
  • Support nursing and interdisciplinary teams with documentation needs.
  • Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical and facility supplies.
  • Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Maintain clean, organized supply storage.
  • Track supply usage and contribute to cost control.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to meet supply needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, medical records, or supply/inventory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills; EMR experience a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards preferred.
