Patient Coordinator

We're hiring a Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming point of contact at a busy two-doctor general dental practice. This full-time role involves greeting patients warmly, managing scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations, handling communications via phone, text, and email, coordinating with healthcare providers and team members to support excellent patient care, managing check-in/out processes, payments, and patient updates, following up on missed appointments, and maintaining an organized front office.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in dental, medical, or hospitality sectors or a strong eagerness to learn. Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, calmness under pressure, and passion for creating exceptional patient experiences are key. Positive energy, pride in work, team collaboration, and a desire to build a long-term career in healthcare support are valued.

Success in this role will be reflected in fewer appointment cancellations, improved patient follow-through, and outstanding new patient experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in dental, medical, or hospitality fields, or motivated to learn
  • Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to remain calm and capable in a busy environment
