Our office, Periodontics Limited - Rampart in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.
This role involves taking on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Responsibilities include welcoming patients to the dental office, maintaining accurate patient records, answering incoming calls and redirecting or keeping messages, sorting and forwarding emails, updating records and files, and keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
You will also help facilitate and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, enthusiastic, passionate, collaborative, and strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You must be adaptable to new and challenging tasks with strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience required:
- 3-5 years as a front desk representative or similar position
- Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.)
- Customer service orientation
- High school diploma

Position base pay range is $23 - $28 USD per hour (hourly rate; annual salary not specified).
