Schedule & Training:
- Training Period (First 2 Months): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET, combination of classroom-style and self-guided digital training on-site required
- Post-Training Schedule: Permanent schedule between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday with consistent set schedule
- Hybrid Work Model: On-site first 90+ days; remote work eligibility after demonstrating strong attendance and performance
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients by phone to understand scheduling needs
- Coordinate outpatient appointments across multiple specialties
- Assist with routine, urgent, and specialty scheduling requests
- Provide empathetic, professional patient support and resolve scheduling issues
- Navigate multiple computer systems and scheduling software
- Deliver exceptional patient experience
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of over-the-phone customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for excellent customer service and helping others
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities
- Quick learner for new systems and processes
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
Additional Information:
- Background check and drug screening required
- Contract-to-hire: initial 2-month contract aligns with training; conversion based on attendance, performance, and professionalism
