Medical Records Specialist Home Health

Responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of patient medical records, providing clerical support, processing signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents, and saving them accurately to the patient medical record.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with computer use, typing, and clerical skills.
  • Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Preferred:

  • Six months experience in medical records in a healthcare office.

Requirements:

  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
  • Dependable transportation in good working condition.
  • Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions (with Oregon exceptions).
