Responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of patient medical records, providing clerical support, processing signed and unsigned orders, 485s, and other key documents, and saving them accurately to the patient medical record.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with computer use, typing, and clerical skills.
- Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device.
Preferred:
- Six months experience in medical records in a healthcare office.
Requirements:
- Valid state driver's license.
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions (with Oregon exceptions).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer skills including typing and clerical abilities
- Basic technology skills including mobile device operation
- Preferred: Six months medical records experience in healthcare
- Valid driver's license
- Maintain automobile liability insurance
- Dependable transportation and ability to drive safely in all weather conditions
