The Vital Records Associate position supports the Issuance team by receiving, reviewing, and evaluating applications for vital records such as birth, death, and marriage certificates in accordance with state laws. Responsibilities include verifying records using the Iowa Vital Event System, preparing and printing certified copies, using imaging software to enhance records, maintaining inventory and security of certified copy paper, and collaborating closely with team members to meet daily production goals. The role requires dependable, detail-oriented individuals capable of working accurately in a high-volume environment, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols, and performing clerical and administrative duties. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and apply sound judgment in a high-volume environment

- Typing score of 40 or greater (40-49 WPM) is required
