As a Medical Records Specialist, you will maintain accurate Medical Records for all clients ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and confidentiality standards. The role involves customer service for office, field staff, and external customers requiring access to medical information. You will receive, review, and process all release of information requests.
This role requires strong multitasking skills, adherence to deadlines, follow-up expertise, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
