We have an immediate opening for a Medical Records Team Lead to join our team at IVF Florida in Margate, Florida.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

In this role, the Medical Records Team Lead will oversee assigned staff within a designated area of the Department’s operations; work with the Office Manager and/or designee to develop procedures and processes to appropriately manage and maintain patient medical records; plan and organize staff responsibilities to increase efficiency and best utilize staff skills; set staff goals and motivate accomplishment; organize patient records for clinical data retrieval; manage on-site and off-site medical records storage; implement, import, and manage scanned chart documents; maintain master list of medical records; ensure medical record completeness; maintain knowledge of policies, laws, and regulations; review medical record release requests; communicate regularly for seamless operations; file, purge and manage patient charts; perform confidential administrative tasks; ensure adequate staffing; assist in training and orientation; conduct supervision and counseling; administer performance evaluations; and address staff performance problems.
Qualifications include a High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred; two years of supervisory experience preferred; demonstrated leadership skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage conflict; ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team; well organized; knowledge of clinical and program operations, computer software, and equipment.
