Responsibilities include ensuring the integrity of the patient medical record, providing clerical support, processing signed and unsigned orders, 485's, and other key documents, and saving these documents to the patient medical record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience with computer use, including typing and clerical skills
- Basic technology skills including operation of a mobile device
- Six months experience in medical records in a healthcare office highly preferred
- Valid state driver license required
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions
- For employees in Oregon, driving requirements apply only if holding a clinical license
