Hospital Practice Coordinator

Support medical professionals by managing daily administrative functions, including calendar management, document filing, lease coordination, invoicing, and budget tracking using MS Office tools. Work closely with healthcare consulting teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care delivery in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities include managing medical professionals’ calendars, organizing corporate documents, coordinating lease agreements, serving as liaison between departments, handling invoicing and expense tracking, managing staff schedules, and performing additional administrative duties such as data entry and project coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or consulting
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with calendar management and invoicing
  • Knowledge of budgeting and expense management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures and contract management is a plus
