The Dental Specialists Riverdale Endodontics located in Coon Rapids, MN is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. Responsibilities include checking in patients, scheduling patient appointments using scheduling software, verifying dental insurance, answering insurance and billing questions, and overseeing patient account management.
Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour
Preferred qualifications include proficiency with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, professional customer service skills, effective communication, and being a team player. Dental insurance knowledge is a plus.
Working hours: Tuesday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
The Dental Specialists offers continuing education courses throughout the year for team members, including required courses such as CPR and OSHA Annual Retraining. Dental Assistants attending all courses can fulfill biannual requirements for 25 hours of continuing education.
The practice provides treatment solutions in endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dental care, and oral surgery, aiming to assist families in maintaining healthy, beautiful smiles.
Associates or Bachelor degree preferred or industry related experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Professional customer service skills. Effective communicator and team player. Dental insurance knowledge is a plus.
