Patient Services Coordinator

Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery

Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery (VCS) is a well-established cosmetic plastic surgery practice in the Galleria area of Houston seeking a Patient Services Coordinator. This role is front-line, involving continuous patient and prospect contact.

Responsibilities include answering high-volume telephone calls professionally, checking in and out patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing payments, handling correspondence, and managing requests for medical records.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years in a frontline customer service or administrative role, excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication and listening skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and a positive, detail-oriented attitude. Confidentiality and teamwork are essential.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience in cosmetic/plastic surgery offices, proficiency with Nextech software, medical or luxury sales experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Applicants should provide a cover letter, resume, and a paragraph explaining their fit for this role in a plastic surgery office.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, receptionist, administrative assistant, or personal assistant roles (medical or non-medical)
  • Outstanding telephone manner for high call volumes
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional listening and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred:
