Patient Care Coordinator

Our office, Walnut Creek - Lafayette in Lafayette, CA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice.

Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors.

You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression and bridging the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. Duties include:

  • Welcoming patients to the dental office
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
  • Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails
  • Keeping records and files updated
  • Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with necessary materials

As an essential member of the office, you will also help facilitate and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

You should be a resourceful team player, adaptable, enthusiastic, passionate, and a collaborative problem-solver striving for excellence. Qualifications:

  • 1 year of proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High school diploma
  • Desire to help patients

Position Base Pay Range: $25 USD - $29 USD
