The position is for 2 casual Health Information Services Scanning Clerk roles based at The Alfred and Caulfield Hospitals.
The Health Information Services department manages VAED reporting, medical record management, clinical information requests, dictation and transcription services, switchboard, and enquiries services at multiple sites.
The role involves collecting documents from clinical areas, preparing, scanning, performing quality checks, validating, and archiving medical record documents. Additional administrative duties may be assigned.
