Compensation Range: $20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on years of experience)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure integrity of patient medical records
- Provide clerical support
- Process signed and unsigned orders, 485’s, and other key documents
- Save documents to patient medical records
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using computers, including typing and clerical skills
- Basic technology skills including use of mobile devices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six months experience in medical records in a healthcare office
Requirements:
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance per law
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions
- Oregon employees: driving requirements not applicable unless clinical license held
