Medical Records Specialist

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice

Compensation Range: $20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on years of experience)

30 Paid Days Off Annually – Up to 6 weeks (PDO includes company observed holidays)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure integrity of patient medical records
  • Provide clerical support
  • Process signed and unsigned orders, 485’s, and other key documents
  • Save documents to patient medical records

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using computers, including typing and clerical skills
  • Basic technology skills including use of mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six months experience in medical records in a healthcare office

Requirements:

  • Valid state driver license
  • Automobile liability insurance per law
  • Dependable transportation
  • Ability to safely drive in all weather conditions
  • Oregon employees: driving requirements not applicable unless clinical license held
