Patient Administrative Coordinator

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

This role is the first point of contact in the clinic, requiring empathy for patients and willingness to support their therapy success.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying appointments, managing communication between patients, physicians and staff, scheduling, insurance assistance, maintaining electronic medical and billing records, collecting copayments, inputting data from research, supporting clinic performance, and adhering to patient confidentiality.

The Patient Administrative Coordinator must multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment and perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications: No prior experience or education required; high school graduate or equivalent; healthcare experience is an advantage; strong communication and basic computer skills; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
