Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
  • Use multiple computer programs to manage data and chart tasks related to patient information.
  • Communicate with patients about their status and condition through emails, phone calls, texts, and face-to-face conversations.
  • Maintain and update patient accounts with contact information, insurance, and financial information confidentially.
  • Schedule patient visits and answer questions, including billing and preparation.
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
  • Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

Qualifications:

  • One or more years of practical experience, including medical or dental front desk and insurance verification experience.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Commitment to punctuality and professional integrity.
  • Desire and ability to learn new skills and be a team player.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire for professional growth.
  • Organized with superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum one year practical experience in medical or dental front desk and insurance verification.
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in dentistry and dental terminology.
