Dental Patient Relations Coordinator

At Grandville Family Dental Care (part of Seva Dental Team), we seek a full-time Patient Relations Coordinator (PRC) to keep a busy dental office running smoothly while ensuring patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident throughout their visit.

You will be the first impression and a key part of the practice's success, helping patients from check-in to check-out, managing scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and supporting the team.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance benefits and eligibility, documenting financial responsibilities, collecting payments, managing daily schedules, following up on treatment and hygiene visits, posting insurance payments and EOBs accurately, collecting past-due balances, and participating in team huddles.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and quick learner of systems
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive, service-focused attitude
  • Team player
  • 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience
  • Dental office experience preferred
  • Experience with insurance verification and posting insurance/EOBs required
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software a plus

Requirements & Qualifications
