Patient Services Coordinator

US Fertility

US Fertility, a leading network of physician-led fertility practices, seeks a full-time Patient Services Coordinator for RMA of New York in Eastside, New York City. This role supports patients and teams with front desk duties, scheduling, chart preparation, collecting payments, and verifying insurance information. Shift schedules vary Monday through Sunday with assigned shifts based on company needs.

The position offers growth opportunity within a nationally respected reproductive medicine organization committed to improving patient experiences and advancing research. The coordinator will practice effective, courteous communication and show good judgment, initiative, and professional interpersonal skills.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's preferred), strong verbal and reading skills, basic computer familiarity including Microsoft Suite, and an interest in reproductive medicine. Medical office experience is a plus.
