We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy general dental practice focused on providing high quality care and experience to patients. The Office Manager will oversee front desk operations, manage multi-line phone systems, maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems, provide exceptional customer support, support bookkeeping activities including invoicing and expense tracking, manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations, verify insurance eligibility, process claims and billing, oversee accounts receivable and financial reporting, hire/train/supervise front office staff, maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records, coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow, handle vendor relationships and office supplies, and respond professionally to patient inquiries and concerns.
The ideal candidate should be confident, attentive, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to multitask efficiently, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and possess prior experience in office management or administration preferably in medical or dental settings. Bilingual skills and previous experience as a personal assistant or medical receptionist are advantageous.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
