We are a multidisciplinary outpatient practice looking for a reliable Medical Front Desk Receptionist with experience in a healthcare setting and bilingual in Portuguese.
Work Location: In person at Waterbury on Tuesdays and Thursdays; Danbury on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Responsibilities include handling patient flow, taking basic vitals during new patient intake, check-in/check-out, scheduling, answering phones, referral projects, and missed patient tracking.
Candidates should have executive function skills for a busy multi-discipline office, proficiency with email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and patient EMR systems. Professional behavior and knowledge of HIPAA rules are required.
Excellent communication, multitasking, reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude supporting provider needs are essential.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. - 5:30/6:15 p.m, Friday 8 a.m. - 4:15 p.m., hours subject to mutual agreement.
Language: Portuguese (Required).
