Medical Receptionist - Korean Speaking

Shin Imaging Center, a Rezolut Company, is looking for a receptionist to join our team.

Rezolut is a national platform of diagnostic medical imaging services focused on top-notch patient care and innovative technology to achieve better health outcomes.

The primary responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting visitors, performing patient registration, scheduling appointments by working with referring physician offices and patients, monitoring patient flow, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Greet customers politely and promptly
• Assist clients by answering questions and helping with requests
• Ensure necessary information and paperwork are ready before patients arrive
• Complete registration process and enter patient info in RIS system
• Verify patient information and insurance details
• Review/completed exam questionnaires with patients
• Scan appropriate information to patient chart
• Check in/out patients, collect payments, fill out paperwork
• Assist patients who have difficulty ambulating or completing forms
• Document pertinent information in patient charts
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
• Medical terminology knowledge (1 year preferred)
• Computer skills including word processing, internet, RIS, and PACS (1 year preferred)

Job Type: Full-time Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: 8-hour shifts Work Location: On site
