Your expertise in medical coding and billing will help optimize revenue cycles while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting dental insurance claims using current coding standards, reviewing patient records and treatment plans to ensure accurate coding and billing, following up on unpaid or denied claims, verifying patient insurance coverage and benefits, maintaining comprehensive and organized medical records, collaborating with dental staff and patients, handling patient interactions professionally, and utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for data entry and claim submission.
Requirements: Proven experience in dental billing within a dental or healthcare setting, strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology, familiarity with dental coding systems including ADA coding standards, knowledge of dental collection processes, strong records management and documentation compliance skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Russian, Polish, and Ukrainian languages.
