As a Clinical Operations Specialist at SmarterDx, you will conduct comprehensive chart reviews and clinical validation of AI diagnostic models to support clinical documentation improvement, ensuring AI models are clinically accurate and high-quality.
Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing medical records to ensure clinical accuracy, identifying opportunities for improvement in clinical documentation and diagnostic models, applying coding guidelines and regulations to assign appropriate codes, participating in ongoing training, and contributing to process improvement efforts.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably clinical documentation or coding, knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, bachelor's degree in health information management, nursing, or related field; CCDS or CPC certification preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, proficiency with electronic medical records systems, ability to work independently and in teams, multitasking, and time management.
Compensation: $100k - $125k salary plus benefits; 100% US-based remote.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably clinical documentation or coding
