Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination between patients and our dental professionals. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help patients understand their treatment options, schedule appointments, and feel confident in their care journey. Responsibilities include thoroughly explaining treatment plans to patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, coordinating scheduling for dental procedures, verifying insurance benefits, assisting with financial arrangements, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with dental providers, following up post-treatment for patient satisfaction, and supporting administrative tasks such as managing patient files and processing payments.

Requirements include proven experience in a medical or dental office environment with familiarity in clinical workflows and patient care, strong understanding of dental and medical terminology, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, proficiency in administrative support tasks related to scheduling and insurance verification, previous experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred, and knowledge of dental procedures, billing practices, and treatment planning.
