Clinical Investigation Specialists, Inc. is a clinical research company conducting Phase II-IV trials for worldwide pharmaceutical companies.
The Administrative Coordinator will work full-time at the Kenosha clinic, preferably with knowledge or experience in clinical research.
Key responsibilities include direct patient interface (managing and scheduling patients, chart preparation, phone confirmation), managing the front desk, preparing management reports for executives, and other administrative duties such as data processing.
Candidates should be professional, accurate, organized, able to multitask and problem solve, with mid to advanced-level experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other clinical research computer systems. Occasional commuting between offices in Kenosha, WI and Gurnee, IL may be required.

- Associate degree preferred
- 5 years experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- 5 years administrative experience required
- Knowledge/experience in Clinical Research preferred
