Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management

TRC Talent Solutions partners with JTS Health Partners to recruit a high-performing Senior Manager for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) based in Port Clinton, OH. The role focuses on operational leadership supporting client services in acute ambulatory and physician sectors, executing RCM strategies to achieve quality results.

The position involves managing accounts receivables processes in acute and critical access settings, encompassing pre-registration, authorization, denial management, third-party payer communications, collections, contract analysis, and cash posting. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and organizational accounts is essential to minimize bad debt, improve cash flow, and manage receivables using proprietary analytics.

Key responsibilities include developing process improvements, managing and coaching team members, ensuring compliance, overseeing provider credentialing and payer enrollment, managing multiple client projects, using management tools effectively, liaising with vendors, and other assigned duties. Relocation support may be provided case-by-case.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates must have 7+ years of RCM accounts receivable management experience in acute and critical access environments, with at least 5 years in a people management role. Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Community Works, clinic and rural health clinic settings, acute, physician, and critical access sectors is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and reporting tools is necessary. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with experience considered in lieu of degree.

Preferred certifications include HFMA Advanced Certified Patient Accounts Representative (ACPAR) and experience with Experian tools such as Contract Manager, Eligibility, and Patient Access.
