In this senior financial analyst role specializing in professional billing (PB) contract analysis, you will support and enhance Epic Resolute PB workflows, including Charge Router, Charge Review, Coding, Insurance Follow Up, Credits, and Single Billing Office and Self-Pay processes.
Your role involves designing, testing, and implementing billing solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with revenue cycle teams and IT, supporting system upgrades and optimizations, and contributing to process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial performance and patient experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting or finance experience
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required within 6 months of hire
- Preferred: Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration
- 5 to 10 years relevant accounting or healthcare finance experience
- Knowledge of Charge Router, claims and remittance processes, and Revenue Cycle operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
