RSM's Healthcare Margin Improvement practice is seeking a Healthcare Revenue Integrity Consulting Manager to join our team. This role involves providing regulatory, strategy, and operations consulting services to healthcare organizations nationwide.
Key responsibilities:
- Design processes that align with healthcare business and management needs and regulatory requirements
- Assess current workflows and validate future state implementations alongside clinical and operational teams
- Analyze complex business integration challenges
- Evaluate client compliance with consumer rights, privacy, and transparency regulations
- Review client revenue cycle structures and staffing
- Identify opportunities for technical adoption across EMR, billing platforms, and applications
- Develop training materials for client personnel
- Manage project plans and deliverables ensuring quality and timelines
- Mentor junior team members
- Support sales activities with new and existing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years leadership experience in revenue integrity for hospitals or large physician groups, preferably consulting
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) certification preferred
- Experience managing revenue integrity teams and designing best practices
- Ability to travel up to 60% nationwide
