Manager - Healthcare Revenue Integrity Consulting

RSM's Healthcare Margin Improvement practice is seeking a Healthcare Revenue Integrity Consulting Manager to join our team. This role involves providing regulatory, strategy, and operations consulting services to healthcare organizations nationwide.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design processes that align with healthcare business and management needs and regulatory requirements
  • Assess current workflows and validate future state implementations alongside clinical and operational teams
  • Analyze complex business integration challenges
  • Evaluate client compliance with consumer rights, privacy, and transparency regulations
  • Review client revenue cycle structures and staffing
  • Identify opportunities for technical adoption across EMR, billing platforms, and applications
  • Develop training materials for client personnel
  • Manage project plans and deliverables ensuring quality and timelines
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Support sales activities with new and existing clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years leadership experience in revenue integrity for hospitals or large physician groups, preferably consulting
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) certification preferred
  • Experience managing revenue integrity teams and designing best practices
  • Ability to travel up to 60% nationwide
