Dental Office Manager

As a Dental Office Manager, you will assume a leadership role overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the dental practice, including staff management, financial oversight, and strategic planning to ensure efficient office functioning.

Responsibilities include supervising dental staff, fostering a collaborative work environment, managing budgeting, billing, financial reporting, ensuring accurate billing and coding, managing insurance verification and claims, handling HR functions such as hiring and performance evaluations, coordinating patient scheduling, overseeing patient relations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental industry standards, managing equipment maintenance, vendor relationships, collaborating on strategic plans, and maintaining secure patient records.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management or related field (preferred), proven dental office management experience (preferred), strong leadership and problem-solving skills, solid understanding of financial management and revenue cycle in healthcare, excellent communication, familiarity with healthcare regulations, proficiency in office and dental practice management software, dedication to customer service, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
