Machinify, a leading healthcare intelligence company, is seeking a Healthcare Reclamation Analyst to review client data and payer correspondence, investigate coverage to determine eligibility and primacy, and analyze explanations of benefits to recover funds for clients who have paid in error.
Key responsibilities include resolving Coordination of Benefits and Third Party Liability issues, communicating with insurance carriers to ensure proper payments, supporting claims billing and denial management, maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to HIPAA and company policies, and meeting productivity metrics.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant billing reclamation or collections experience, solid knowledge of healthcare, medical terminology, medical coding, Coordination of Benefits, and strong research and communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required; relevant college courses or certifications are a plus.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in billing reclamation or related roles
- At least 12 months' collections/receivable experience with high production results
- Knowledge of healthcare, medical terminology, and medical coding
- Expertise in Coordination of Benefits, Third Party Liability, and Accounts Receivable
- Strong research, investigative, and communication skills
