Assist healthcare providers with medical documentation and record-keeping.
Transcribe medical dictations and patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update patient medical records in electronic health record systems.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical charts, including lab results, imaging reports, and other diagnostic findings.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Previous scribe experience is required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical systems.
Proficiency in transcribing medical information with speed and accuracy.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and medical office procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and patients.
Previous experience in a medical scribe role or related field is preferred but not required.
