Health Informatics Specialist

In this role, you will support and improve electronic health record (EHR) and data management systems that empower our clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with clinical workflows, and a passion for using technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting clinical and operational data, optimizing EHR configurations, collaborating with clinical teams to design workflow improvements, developing and leading staff training sessions, supporting change management, creating reports and dashboards to assist leadership, assisting with system implementation and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR regulations, and providing ongoing technical support.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience with clinical office workflows and Electronic Health Records (EHR). Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics, reporting tools, and database management. Excellent communication and training facilitation skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of HIPAA and 42 CFR confidentiality regulations.
