PrimaCARE, P.C. is seeking a per diem CT/Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to perform CT procedures, including cardiac CT, with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include regulating equipment for digital x-ray imaging, ensuring safe operation following A.L.A.R.A. standards, positioning patients, assisting radiologists, administering contrast, evaluating scan quality, scheduling patients, and maintaining patient records confidentially according to HIPAA standards.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), possess a current Massachusetts General Radiographer license, and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to work with all patient ages and perform CT scanning procedures independently is required.
