Director of Physician Services II

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in health or business administration required. Master’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. CMPE (Certified Medical Practice Executive) completion preferred.

Minimum 3 years leadership experience managing multiple practice locations.

Minimum 5 years clinical operations experience.

Strong strategic leadership, communication, and partnership skills required. Experience with budgeting, staffing, physician recruiting, and practice management is essential.
