HearingLife, a national leader in hearing healthcare with over 600 centers across 42 states, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to ensure positive patient experiences and support clinic revenue goals. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, managing inbound/outbound calls (50-75 per day), scheduling and confirming appointments, processing PPI intake, collecting and verifying medical insurance information, managing office supplies and hearing aid inventory, processing payments, maintaining office cleanliness, and upholding HIPAA standards.

Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED (college preferred), 1-2 years customer service, administrative, or healthcare-related experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfort with technology including scheduling software and EMR systems.
