Carolina Urology Partners is a large comprehensive urology group in the Carolinas with over 25 physicians and 11 centers. The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will assist in the examination and treatment of patients under Physician direction at the Pineville, NC location.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient movement, interviewing patients, measuring vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure, weight, height), preparing treatment rooms, assisting physicians during examinations, sterilizing instruments per OSHA guidelines, managing medical supplies inventory, data entry to maintain records, and providing front office support as needed.
Candidates should have completed a 2-year AAMA-accredited Medical Assisting program, hold current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant (preferred), possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and have 3-5 years clinical experience (preferred).
