Lifeguard Anesthesia is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to support their office-based anesthesia practice. This role serves as the operational backbone for patient clearance and scheduling, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, anesthesia providers, dental offices, and medical specialists.
Responsibilities include coordinating patient intake, scheduling, and anesthesia clearance workflows; serving as a primary communication liaison; collecting and maintaining patient medical documentation; coordinating medical clearances with providers; communicating medication instructions; monitoring outstanding clearance items; assisting with office coordination and provider scheduling; escalating clinical concerns; and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Preferred qualifications include prior healthcare or medical office experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, experience with EMR/EHR systems, ability to handle sensitive information professionally, and experience with scheduling or insurance verification.
Pay is $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, with work Monday to Thursday in office and Friday remote, located in Mesa, AZ.
- Prior experience in healthcare, dental, surgical, or medical office environment preferred
