Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and explain basic financial information
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and office policies at all times
Qualifications:

- Comfortable using computers and learning dental software (experience preferred but not required)
- Prior dental or medical front desk experience is a plus, but training is provided
