The Supervisor, HIT oversees and coordinates the activities of personnel in Norton Healthcare’s medical records department(s), ensuring adherence to and consistent application of departmental policies and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring daily operations, developing and tracking individual performance, ensuring excellent front-line customer service, coaching and mentoring staff, and addressing staff behavior, work performance, attendance, and tardiness as appropriate.

- Three years of Health Information Management or Health Information Technology experience
- Associate Degree
- One of: RHIA or RHIT certification
