Bridger Orthopedic is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you'll play a vital part in coordinating patient care from start to finish—whether that is checking a patient in, scheduling certain appointments, and supporting a smooth, positive experience for every patient.

You will guide our patients by:
- Discussing and understanding patient problems/needs
- Facilitating patient care
- Scheduling with best suited providers
- Coordinating care with clinical operations staff
- Directing authorization, medical records, and billing questions
- Providing excellent customer service
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: 1-year medical office experience; 1-year customer service
Personal Attributes: You will often be the first point of contact with patients. Successful Patient Service Specialists are good listeners and have great written and verbal communication skills. Computer skills are necessary for documentation in Electronic Medical Records software. Ability to multitask while participating as a team player is a must. Experience in customer service (healthcare or other industry) is preferred.
