Medical Case Manager - RN (L&D or Postpartum Experience)

Keren-David Consulting (KDC) is a Chicago-based boutique surrogacy agency supporting international Intended Parents (IPs) through every stage of the U.S. surrogacy process. They provide end-to-end case management, coordination with fertility clinics, surrogates, and hospitals, along with concierge-style services to ensure a seamless and supported journey.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with hospital experience in Labor & Delivery or Postpartum to join the team as a Medical Case Manager. You will work alongside a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to manage surrogacy journeys from medical clearance through delivery and discharge. The CNM leads clinical oversight and medical interpretation; you will handle day-to-day case coordination, communication, and hospital-side execution to keep each journey moving.

Key responsibilities include partnering with fertility clinics for surrogate medical clearance, coordinating collection and submission of medical histories and OB records, scheduling labs and evaluations, serving as a point of contact between clinic, surrogate, and IPs, relaying medical records and treatment updates, supporting surrogates in medication and appointment protocols, managing assigned journeys comprehensively from clearance through delivery and postpartum care, acting as primary medical contact with hospitals during delivery, supporting IPs in hospital procedures and newborn care, maintaining detailed confidential case records, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
