Optum is seeking a Medical Coder specializing in RAD-ONC to assign accurate diagnostic and procedure codes for outpatient hospital professional accounts. This role supports timely coding, charge capture, and compliant documentation practices while working remotely anywhere within the U.S.

High school diploma or GED.
Professional coder certification from AHIMA and/or AAPC, such as CPC-A, RHIT, RHIA, CCA, CPC, COC, CPC-P, or CCS, maintained annually.
At least 2 years of experience using PCs in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Excel and EMR systems.
At least 2 years of ICD-10 and CPT coding experience with a focus in RAD-ONC.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 2+ years of post-certification medical coding experience
- 2+ years of outpatient physician coding (pro-fee) experience
- Experience with Epic or other EMR systems
