Patient Care Coordinator position with BenchMark Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, supporting daily clinic operations and patient intake in North Augusta, SC.
This role focuses on creating a welcoming patient experience, managing front office workflows, and helping convert referrals into scheduled evaluations. The PCC-I works closely with the Clinic Director to support efficient clinic procedures and overall practice management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
- Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with little to no supervision
- Strong time management and presentation skills
Physical requirements
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with at least 40 hours per week
- May require occasional evenings, weekends, or additional hours for special events
- Sedentary work with frequent computer and office equipment use
- Must be able to sit, stand, communicate, read computer screens, and perform repetitive typing motions
- Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs
