UP Health System-Bell, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a coder to support accurate and compliant medical coding for patient records. This role assigns ICD diagnosis codes and CPT/HCPCS codes, uses coding guidelines and reference tools to support diagnosis selection, and communicates with physicians to clarify vague or ambiguous documentation.
