Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in medical billing or cash posting
- Knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, and CPT/ICD codes preferred
- Experience with billing software and electronic payment systems
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
