As a Medical Coder, you will review and abstract professional medical records to ensure accurate code assignment. You will play a critical role in maintaining coding quality, compliance, and productivity standards.

Active AAPC certification such as CPC or COC, or AHIMA certification such as CCS-P or CCS.
Minimum 3 years of pro-fee coding experience.
Strong understanding of HCC / risk adjustment coding principles.
Deep familiarity with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and modifier assignment.
Excellent command of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, disease progression, and pharmacology.
Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with EHR systems, encoder/coding software, and Google tools.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, secure workspace.
Ability to review and abstract professional medical records, including provider notes, encounters, and supporting documentation.
